I was really excited when I saw these come out. I thought it was a little pricey at $80 a shoe and that you had to buy them separate but decided to take a risk and purchase. After building both and slipping them on for a brisk walk, I didn’t even make it out the front door before they shattered into pieces. The quality of shoes has really went down in the past years but I still love the concept of building my own shoes. I would not suggest hiking or rock climbing with these as they are very slippery
