I Bought this vacuum at sams club.... I liked it at first... The suction is amazing..... You have to clean the filter often so the suction remains the same.... I didn't know that my carpets are so dirty....the shark plastic quality is awful... After two months: First the part that keeps the hose broke, I couldn't pull it or it will fall out... My husband fixed it with hose metal clamp... After a wile I want it to vacuum carpets....when I attached the big brush tool lifted it just felled of!!!! It supposed to click in but that broke too and of course I can't use the cart (base) with wheels without the vacuum falling out of it... It is so frustrating!!!! If you like simple vacuum this one is not for you!!!!! You have to assemble and disassemble it each time you use it... Hate that... Beware So five stars for suction and zero for the vacuum quality it self!!!!!!
