Choking hazard. Deteriorated after 8 months
Bought this mattress in March 2016 and by November noticed it was tearing and coming apart. As far as I can tell the bits and pieces stayed beneath the crib sheet. Very worried my LO may have swallowed some pieces.
Tried to contact the manufacturer, but can't find a phone number.
