My 4 hour post opening box review: Setup was simple and straight forward. I couldn't link to all four cameras at once, so I linked to each one at a time. Simple enough. Setup of cameras was easy. They need to be plugged into power, but I love the fact that they wirelessly connect to the NVR! When there is a motion alert, the alert shows you a series of still photos so that you can make the determination as to whether or not you want to go to "playback" and review the footage. There seems to be a lot of negative reviews coming from people that aren't taking any time to learn the system. It's not overly complicated, but takes some familiarity. The instructions tell you exactly what you need to do to get set up. Within 4 hours I had all 4 cameras wired, power run through the attic so my wires were hidden and my wife and I each got the app on our phones (one Samsung and one iphone) neither of us have experienced any difficulties. I think that this system has received some negative reviews due to lazy people wanting everything in their lives to be "plug and play" and entirely intuitive to use! I blame millennials and the people that have raised them! You will get out of this system what you put into it. With that said, this is my review four hours in. I may experience difficulties as time marches on. If I do, I will adjust my review to reflect how the system is working. The photos attached are from a camera that is mounted approximately 24 feet above my driveway. I wanted a big shot of the whole driveway and street. I've had this system set up for a little over a week now and still very happy. The system works just as advertised and I couldn't expect more from a security system at this price point! A month in I was offered a free HD micro camera to add to my system IF I left a positive review. Now they won't respond to emails or send the camera! Lame. Difficulties increasing with dropping cameras and not being able to see one of them at all!
