I purchased the twin turbo printer and scale and used them without trouble for several years. Now all of the sudden they're requiring users to purchase their overpriced "genuine" labels. I've used the generic as well as genuine and they all work fine. Genuine cost many times more than generic which they'll now not permit. I'm left with rolls and rolls and they want me to pay $10/mo to print using the ones that aren't genuine. Company made huge marketing mistake. AVOID AT ALL COSTS
