I had such high hopes for this frame as I did a ton of research before choosing this company and I am incredibly disappointed. I bought 2, one for my mom and one for my grandmothwr for mothers day. I sent them to myself so that me and my sister could set them up and preload with picturrs before gifting. Set up was pretty simple but minutes after sending pictures to the frame the software on the frame kept causing the frame to restart. I tried everything, restart, power off, unplug and then restart... the second we turn the frames on they crash. I would assume I had a defective frame but BOTH frames started crashing after we sent pics to the frame from the Companies 'ourphotoapp'. I am so frustrated as mothers day is next weekend and I was planning on setting up and then mailing them to my mom/grandmother. I sent an email to customer service and will update this review after but for now I would give it 0 stars if I could. Just imagine if I mailed it straight to my non-tech savy grandmother she would have no idea how to even start an initial troubleshoot. 😕
