Don"t buy! This is the worst product I've ever purchased from Amazon. Three months after purchase the button fell off that connects top portion of the vacuum to the long bar portion. I called Amazon who was absolutely no help referred me to Dyson. After waiting on hold for 37 minutes and several call transfers I spoke with their parts dept and a month later they sent me a replacement part. The replacement part is the wrong part and does not fit properly. I have to duct tape it in place to use the vacuum then remove the tape to empty the debris then re-tape it after. This is ridiculous! I called Amazon again and again they were no help! The rep said if I had called within 3 months they may have offered a replacement vacuum. When I reminded him I did call, we mysteriously got disconnected. I called Dyson but never spoke to customer service after waiting on hold for 45 minutes, I simply hung up. I'll never waste my money or time on another product by Dyson and may not ever use Amazon again either. Piece of crap!
