Consult your doctor before taking this. Recommended to me by several people. But after 5 days, I had shortness of breath, my heart raced and couldn't walk 10 feet before I had to stop and take a rest. Going up and down stairs was equally hard as I live on the 3rd floor. Very scary! Stopped after 5th day and was back to normal within 2 weeks. I thought it was just me but later found out that another friend of mine had the same experience.
