Infuriating. These are not Cat6 although they are clearly described in the Amazon product header as "Cat 6, 550 MHz," and "10 Gigabits per second." Not true. I bought 4, installed 3, and noticed as I was installing the 4th that they ARE NOT CAT6. They do NOT support 550 MHz. I went to the Mediabridge website, looked up the product part number, and they are Cat5e supporting 350MHz. The website says Cat5e, "Gigabit Network Support at 350MHz." It does not say 550MHz, it does not say they are Cat6, and it does not say it supports "10 Gigabits per second" speeds, all of which is stated in the product description on Amazon. Now I get to go through the toil of fishing these cables out of walls and ceilings, buy four new genuine Cat6/550MHz cables, and reinstall what I was supposed to get in the first place.
