If you have ever purchased uggs before from the official ugg website or official ugg store you will know the difference. The ones I received were flemsy and too soft. And had a small whole punch on the side of the shoe. I tried to give it a chance because I have prime two day shipping and didn’t wanna wait and order from ugg.com. Please please listen to the reviews. The uggs are not real I’ve has several pairs and uggs are made too last! These are not.... please I beg if you see this review go to ugg.com and get a pair or wait until Black Friday🤷🏾‍♀️
