I was really excited for this lunch bag based on all the great reviews. I immediately opened up the packaging when it arrived to check it out. At first glance, it looked lopsided and deflated, the walls of the bag had collapsed. I figured it was because they had to fold it down to ship and that it would eventually stand upright once the folds were smoothed out. No biggie. I tried to zip it shut and noticed that the zipper was really light weight and felt really cheap. I make the first turn around the edge and the zipper got stuck. Maybe it was caught on something? I look inside the bag and notice that the lining was sticking up near the zipper, so I pushed it down and the zipper came around. So far, nothing I cant deal with. I unzip it and inspect the inside of the bag and that's when I noticed that every time I tried to square out the interior, that the wall would collapse and the zipper teeth would cave inward. After further inspection, i noticed that the liner was sewn into the tape of the zipper. Other issues I noticed were the mesh bottle holders. They didnt seem sturdy enough to hold a full water bottle. I rarely return items since most of the time, they do their job. This one, not so much. I was really disappointed.
