Extremely poor design, they took the cheap route on this machine in every aspect, NOT a safe appliance in my opinion... heres why: 1. No on off switch, when you plug it in it starts - the quick volt of electricity, lets out a blue spark upon plug-in 2. Butter melter is red hot and cannot be handled, the product video showing casually pouring out butter is not accurate 3. The machine spews red-hot un-popped kernels furiously into the bowl which then fly all over the kitchen, beware if pets try to eat them, thew may get burned, and dont pick them up until cooled or you may get burned 4. The machine vibrates across the counter, as rubber feet are hard and cheap - if left unmonitored it may fall off counter during operation Needless to say I have requested a return and full refund, and it was honored.
