I would rate Synchrony Bank (Amazon Store Card) zero stars, but am rating it 1 star, only because that is the minimum allowed in order to post a review. When I have a problem and can't talk to a real person, I'm through. Their 24-hour number is totally automated, with no option to talk to a real person, even hitting zero didn't work. I have excellent credit, but this senior citizen has no patience for this bunk! Cancelling my card and posting on Facebook.
