This product would be perfect if it weren't for one thing - It did not pass the California Proposition 65 regulation which means it has traceable amounts of mercury and lead. Any traceable amount is considered very risky to put in your body - can cause birth defects, cancer and neurological problems - at least. It has a warning at the bottom of the bottle. They were sued and made to carry the label. I've never seen a health supplement with this warning label on it - Only home improvement products like paint and glue! lol They also have terrible customer service if you try to email them about it, to give them a chance to explain. These two supplements are from whole food sources, processed in the raw whole state, the fish oil is molecularly distilled - ultra filtered for total purity. These two supplements are SAFE and very very effective and far exceed the standards of Irwin Naturals. I switched to these after finding out about Irwin Naturals ingredients are CONTAMINATED with heavy metals. Please don't put you or your kids at risk by taking any of Irwin Naturals sketchy products.
