I am so done with Celestron, I have bought two telescopes from them one of which arrived with a broken leg and the other with a broken computer system, then this garbage pair of binoculars and countless accessories. I don't know if they buy their reviews or what, but their products are overpriced and cheaply made in China. These particular binoculars were not collimated correctly, and even experienced users wont be able to use these properly. I called up Celestron and like always, they first chalk it up to user error, they take weeks to respond to emails and have difficult customer service hours. I talked to an optics expert who figured out my celestron product was broken in under 3 minutes and they still refuse to take any blame saying it must've been damaged. They barely read emails describing the problem and spend as much time as possible answering them to run out your warranty. I detest this company and even have a colleague that knows the CEO of Celestron who couldn't explain their behavior.
