I've had 2 of these clippers die on me after a short period of use. The first clippers worked for 2-3 haircuts, and less than a few months. Luckily the store had a 90 day return policy. This 2nd pair from Amazon died about 2 months ago. The clippers won't turn on, the blue charging turns on. But the clippers won't work. I've oiled them with the included clipper oil after every use. They haven't been abused, dropped, or soaked with water. I lightly wet my hair, then cut it. I'm really disappointed with these clippers. I tried contacting their customer service but they work short hours, while I'm at work too. And I haven't gotten a reply from their email customer service. The 5 year warranty is worthless when the product dies in MONTHS and they won't respond.
