I purchased this item and loved it! I could tell an obvious difference in my under eye appearance! I bought a second bottle.... and just returned it. It is nothing like the first bottle. The cream felt sticky, like the consistency was more gel than cream. The color was different, and the cream stung my skin! Three stars because the original bottle I purchased was AWESOME, but unfortunately, the second bottle didn't even seem like the same product. ***EDIT*** I ordered a 3rd bottle after returning the second one, in the hopes that the second bottle was a fluke. The third bottle was exactly the same as the second, and I started the return process today. After speaking to Pure Biology customer service, I was assured that no change has ever been made to this product, and they have only ever had one eye cream. If that is the case, I am not sure what I was sent with my very first order, but that product worked wonders, and the subsequent bottles were awful. I reduced from three stars to one because if the second and third bottles I received is what the product has evolved into, this eye cream simply does not work.
