After 10 months, this printer failed. After hours (over the course of 2 days-because they wanted to let the "fixes" sit for a 24 hour period) of troubleshooting with Epson over the phone, they finally agreed to replace the printer. They informed me that they will send me a refurbished one. So, their 1 year warranty means that you will get a used printer with NO warranty.
