All of a sudden the app requires you to sign up to work AT ALL! It also requires lots of special characters in the password. I would not have bought this product if they had told me they were going to lock me out of using the app it at a later date. If you are buying this product in part because of the app like I did, DON'T. I feel this is a complete betrayal of customers.
