I'm so so sad to give this review, however, I feel I must to be responsible. BHU treats are truly delicious and I previously gave a positive review. After learning that an ingredient in the BHU keto products is red palm oil, which contains about 44% palmitic acid, which studies show causes cancer cell metastasis, I can not recommend the products in good faith. Join me in asking the company to change red palm oil for coconut or MCT.
