I hesitantly bought this table despite its iffy reviews only because I loved the look of it. I purchased it on June 12, 2018 and today is September 9, 2018. The pictures I provided are from today, barely 3 months after purchasing it and as you can see it’s been slowly chipping away since we got it. The tabletop itself is covered in cheap marble film that will peel/chip away very easily. The gold legs also chip and scratch easily. I received the table with a few minor scratches but kept it because I didn’t want to deal with returning and rebuying it. Love the look of it but it’s not worth buying because it’s going to wear down after only a couple months of use. Overall the table is decently sturdy and a decent coffee table if it didn’t scratch so easily! Also, side note: if you have hardwood/tile/anything but carpet, the gold legs will scratch your floor. If you have it on a rug like I do, the legs will hook on the rug and pull out strands, damaging your rug. I would highly recommend not purchasing this table unless you want a table with a chipped up/scratched tabletop with scratched up legs. There’s plenty others similar to this look that might be better quality. This table has caused us more of a headache than anything between it scratching/chipping away so easily, it scratching my floors and ruining my rugs. Happy to be putting it on the curb this garbage day.
