I made at least twenty loaves of bread. Not one turned out. I changed types of flour, types of yeast, every suggestion made in the manual. I weighed ingredients as suggested. I tried different settings. It seemed the more I tried the worse the bread got. Here is a picture of my latest effort. I finally contacted the company and sent the machine to them. They said nothing was wrong and they made a bread using the regular cycle (as I did) but weighed all the ingredients (as I did) and got a fine bread (as I did not). For $38 they will return my bread machine to me. I told them to forget it. By the way, I also purchased the four year warranty and that was a joke as this is supposedly still under company warranty. Since the company claims their product is fine, I am just out of luck. Don't you be out of luck. Do not purchase this bread maker.
