I purchased this product in February and had plans to make syrup for my family to prevent from getting a cold. I just opened the bag only to find a bunch of tiny stems in the bag too many to sit and pick all of them out. The stems of the Elderberry plant are POISONOUS!!! These are not properly sifted and it's a good thing that I looked through the bag first. I lost money as Amazon refuses to refund this product. If this were consumed, I would have been in the hospital as well as my family. I will not purchase this product again.
