I am going to send this product back. I use it to boil purified water only, which is from Costco. After a month of using, I start to realized there are a lot of white fragments in water. Not sure if that is from water or chamber. When I try to clean the chamber, I was astonished to find a lot of red residues. Looks like it is from oxidation of some inner parts. So sad! I have been using this water for making formulas for my newborn son for a month now.
