Pretty much what the other 1 star reviewers said. I was sort of impressed with the packaging. The mats came rolled up in a nice reusable drawstring bag. Took a while to convince the mat to lay flat. A seed tray helped with the convincing. The mats did get warm. Mostly in the center as another reviewer stated. I unplugged the two mats to move them and after plugging them back in, one of the matts refused to heat up. Tried different outlets, Plugged the working mat into the same outlet and the working mat continued to work. Plugged the non-working mat into the same outlet and the non-working mat continued to not to work. I've only had the mats for 2 weeks. The working mat is ok, but I think I'd rather have a different mat that heats up all around instead of primarily in the center. I'm using the working mat for a pricking out tray which isn't the full size of the mat so it's useful for me in that regard. UPDATE: Both mats have now failed. Do not buy this product. Did not even get a comment by the seller and they responded to all the other complaints about the mats failing.
