Team Berkey, It seems like I got the short end of the stick when I ordered mine. My previous Berkey filters worked like how it was supposed to. However, this new Berkey filters are "filtering" my water way too fast. So, I did the food coloring test and it seems like it didn't really filter out the water. I called the company, but they told me to go through Berkey team from amazon. According to company representative from Berkey, the filters are supposed to take 1-5 hours to filter out 2 liters of water. Mine took 5 mins or less. I had no leaks between the filters and container. As I stated before, I used this product before and was satisfied with the product. I would like Amazon Berkey team to support me on this.
