After using this product for two months, I began to experience depression, body aches, hair loss, foggy thinking, severe exhaustion and constipation. I have hypothyroidism. This product contains at least one mineral (fluoride) that suppressed my thyroid function and created all of the above mention problems. The specific minerals are not listed on the bottle. Buyer beware. I am planning on having it tested to determine the exact contents. Other one-star reviewers have listed some of the dangerous minerals in this product. I do not normally write reviews. However, I want others to be able to make an informed decision before using this product.
