We purchased this to create a spray to ward off spiders from our pool deck. It doesn't even smell like peppermint, it just smells funky. It may work at keeping spiders and other pests away, but it's not enjoyable. I would never use this inside my house. It also doesn't smell strong like 100% essential oil should. I may have just gotten a bad bottle, but based on other reviews it doesn't seem likely. I requested a refund from Amazon and they were wonderful as always. Save yourself some time and buy something else.
