★☆☆☆☆
This product is mostly erythritol, NOT monk fruit. Deceptive advertising and over-priced.
This product is mostly erythritol and should say so on Amazon's website, but it does not. You'll notice there is no photo of the ingredients list, and the answered questions state that the company will not reveal the contents. Monk fruit is a natural sugar, not a sugar alcohol, but erythritol IS a sugar alcohol. The nutritional data, which the company cannot avoid revealing, states that the product contains 4gm of sugar alcohols per serving, which is identical to erythritol. Monk fruit contains zero, so there is not enough monk fruit in the product to reduce the presence of the erythritol. So, you are buying erythritol with a smidgen of monk fruit. There are other products available that are actually monk fruit, if that's what you want. Erythritol, which is what you're buying here, is also available at a MUCH cheaper price. Don't fall for this deceptive marketing.
