If you are on a low sodium diet, think twice about purchasing this product. The photo that is on the Amazon website for this product says the sodium content is 30 mg (1%). It is not true. Vega One has reformulated this former All-In-One-Nutritional Shake to an All-In-One Shake and raised the sodium content to 240 mg (10%). I called the company (866-839-8863) to find out more. The first person I spoke to gave me the corporate spin about a different supplier of pea protein, I then spoke to his supervisor Bridget and she basically said the same thing. Every time I asked why they didn't let their customers know, both people went back to the same spin about changing suppliers and dodged my questions about the much higher sodium content and not letting their customers know. Amazon is still showing the old formula, when you order it you'll get the increased sodium formula. Considering their recall in 2013, I'd pass on this one.
