I was so happy to get this piece of luggage it fit all my clothes and was perfect during my entire trip, it wasn't until my bag arrived at baggage claim that a problem occurred, the luggage had HUGE chips,dents and a hole I could put my finger inside the suitcase!! I was extremely disappointed with my purchase.I saved up for months to afford it in the first place. Overall i'm just sad because I love travel and luggage, but this suitcase only got one trip out of it. :( :(
