I would not recommend these! They are a worn out version of the Work insoles for men! I had bought the men's version not knowing that there were some for women. It was a bit annoying having to cut the men's insoles down to fit my 7.5 in women's sneakers. But the men's Work insoles are so much more comfortable, had more gel cushion and had arch support! These women's Work insoles are so thin! And they do not grip on very well to the inside of the shoes!
