Sure, it prints good copy, but so does a far cheaper Brothers. EVERYTHING else about it sucks. It's poorly documented; the tech support is at best mediocre. It's awkward in its construction, resulting in wasted hours of frustration getting it to perform correctly: I've had it for 4 months and have only been able to correctly print envelopes in a manner that leaves the address/return address straight and in the right place once. The paper drawer is flimsy and difficult to replace correctly. And ink refills cost a king's ransom, FAR more expensive than other makers ($85 for a black/red-yellow-blue set). I'll never buy another HP printer.
