The gate is nice.... assuming it fits your space. The 50 inch width gate has 2 extensions : one has 2 extension poles, the other has 4 extension poles. Our hallway is 47" : Adding just the 4 extension is too narrow, adding the additional 2 extension makes it too wide. I called customer service. They said I would have to purchase a new piece (a 3 extension size) so the gate would fit the area. Very misleading, as they do advertise the gate to be adjustable 29-50 inches wide. They should write 29 OR 50 inches wide, nothing in between!
