We had a horrible experience with this treadmill. It arrived non functioning. Customer support takes forever to contact and most of the time offers an option to leave a number for a call back that never once came. After two visits from a tech and two seperate parts deliveres, the treadmill still didn't work. Merrit/Horizon/Johnson Health evidently told the tech they would replace it, but did not make any attempt to contact me. I called again and after being on hold for 30 minutes, was forced to leave my number and a message. Still no call back. I would not buy anything from this company, Horizon or Johnson Fitness ever again. On the positive side, one quick call to Amazon got me a full refund and free pickup of this large, useless item. Amazon.com really stepped up and took care of the situation in one call. They're paying to pick it up and I don't even have to take it apart and put it in the box. Fantastic service from Amazon.
