Husqvarna should not be selling these via Amazon, since they provide basically none of the support as advertised (installer contacting you within 48 hours, etc). After calling a few dozen times to Husqvarna customer service and local Husqvarna dealers, I learned that only about 5% of Husqvarna dealers even sell/service/install Automowers. So although you may buy an Automower and there is a local Husqvarna dealer, they may not perform the installation that you paid for via Amazon. As other reviewers have said, you have to call customer service to obtain your PIN (took ~15 minutes) before you can do anything with it. This isn't a big deal, but this step isn't documented in the quick start guide. I've had the mower for about 3 weeks now, and I still can't get anyone to come out to install the boundary wire (installation included in the price). My local Husqvarna dealer has refused to come out to install it (they sell/service Automowers), despite being required by Husqvarna to provide support. I'm probably going to end up doing it myself, even though I paid for installation. I've been mowing my lawn in the Houston summer heat for the past month while my $2k robot lawn mower sits idly and does nothing because of the disconnect between the dealers and Husqvarna corporate. It's probably a great product; I just wouldn't know since the customer support has prevented me from using it since I bought it. Summary: Do not buy the Automower via Amazon. Only buy one from a dealer, since Husqvarna and their dealers provides garbage support to Automowers purchased via Amazon.
