I have called Intex who gave me no option but to write this scathing review. I have purchased three 18’ round covers, most recently 6/28/18 and 6 months before that, 2/19/18 and another before that. I’m fed up with this product and won’t buy another one and advise you all to pay attention. I see from other comments that other people have had similar results from this poor product as it completely disintegrates within a few months, with Very careful use of chlorine. I have had this pool for 20+years, bought several covers over that period, last three from INTEX. I have always used Costco chlorine, and use 1/3 the amount they recommend for this size pool. I have had many pool covers over that time frame and NONE have disintegrated in this amount of time. INTEX tells me that they can only honor a 90 day period of time where they can “do” something..what does that tell you? They expect it to fall apart after that period of time likely....Oh Well, TOO BAD LADY....take Heed all you pool people who are looking for a pool cover that will last longer than 5-7 months.
