Not Quite There
This would be an OK tool for me if it fit my wrist, which has a 5.5" circumference. Yeah, that's probably on the small side for a man, not so much for a woman. For this wristband to be useful I have to add a 1/4 foam wrap to make it snug enough not to slide up or, worse, rotate around my wrist. If your wrist measures less than a 9.25" circumference, you'll have the same problem. Advice to RAK, as has been mentioned in other reviews: offer a smaller size.
The construction and fabric is good and durable. Each of its 5 magnetized bands contains a pair of thin .5" magnetic discs. Their holding power is just OK. My experience was that driver bits and screws are dislodged a little too easily while working, like if the wristband brushes a surface or your clothing. Despite the assurances and pictures of having a powerful grip, in practice the holding power falls a bit short.
