At first it was dream come true when we ordered it late January 2017 in the king size. The fiber-fill kept us warm during those cold winter nights and the four inches of support was absolutely wonderful. However, things started going down hill once we started washing the cover. The underside pills so badly and the pills transfer over to the gel memory foam which grasps the lint. Also, in the summer time, the cover is too warm so we end up sweating the whole night and wake up extremely hot. We have since removed the top layer for the time being, to realize that the gel foam does not perfectly fit our mattress. Moreover, after being washed, it has retained an unpleasant smell which refuses to be washed out and became less comfortable in the last six months since the purchase. For something that costs this much, we are extremely disappointed in this purchase. Once I get back home, and if I remember, I will upload pictures.
