Polyurethane rollers failed in less than a week.
I purchased the MaxiClimber XL-2000 directly from the vendor. 2 of the 8 polyurethane rollers failed after just 3, 30-minute workout sessions, and now I can't use the climber. I emailed customer service 2 days ago with no response.
