They day these arrived, my grandkids were using them...the blue and pink, and was grinning ear to ear, until the the 2 year old said hers was hot. I checked it, and sure enough it was super hot, and hadn't been working. I tool the pink one, gave her the yellow one, which worked and didnt get hot. So the pink one never worked except for the initial use, 15-20 minutes. *****Update***** This company emailed me and told me they had refunded my money, AND are sending me replacements. They have been prompt in answering my questions and very pleasant and kind.
