This is the first hose of many my wife hasn't managed to kink, knot or tangle. And I've bought several. It's great for watering her flower garden. Despite living in the high heat of Arizona, the hose does not get hot. It was 118 degrees here a couple days ago and despite being on a hose hanger in direct sunlight, it was only warm to touch. It reminds me of a hand shower hose extender. Very lightweight. Haven't seen any leaks or dents after several months. 25 feet was the perfect length. Update after 7 weeks. Well, yesterday my wife turned on the hose for her daily garden watering, and water started gushing out under the black tubing at the end of the hose. I've included two photos that show the failure and how flimsy the design is. I only had 1 month to return through Amazon so I'm trying to contact the manufacturer but have been on hold now for almost an hour. Update 8/15/20 - After I finally got a hold of customer service, they gave me an email address and I had to send in a picture of the failed hose, and a snap shot of my Amazon order since I did not really have a receipt. After a week of no response, I emailed them again. I got a prompt reply that it did qualify for the 1 year warranty replacement and that I needed to return the host to them with proof of purchase and they would send me a replacement hose. I'm not spending $10 to ship back a $20 product to get another hose that will most likely fail. I see other reviewers who have had the same issue with the plastic inner lining. I would not recommend buying this hose. Update 9/4/20 - After I complained to them about having to pay shipping to send their hose back, they responded and said they would ship a new hose without requiring the return of the failed hose. It arrived today. I hope it lasts better than the previous one.
