Unfortunately I bought this printer when it first came out, before any of the negative reviews were posted. I bought this to replace a Brother 2270. The 2270 was easy to setup and worked perfectly. This printer was hard to set up and does not work at all from a wireless network (Linksys WRT1900AC). Some people blame the Mac drivers, but by Macs don't work, my PC's don't print, and the customer service is worthless. UPDATE. I connected this printer with a USB cable and printed a text document. The results are pictured. All the pages are solid black toner. Customer service told me this is "Normal". I am reiterating my "DO NOT BUY" rating.
