I’m so bummed to write this review. I’ve had this mixer for only 4 months and used it for baking about 10-15 times. Yes, I was willing to look past the slowest speed was super fast, but I’m super disappointed that my mixer stopped longer working in the middle of a 5 tiered cake we were baking. I had my husband take it apart to see why it was clinking, going slow, and making a horrible sound. Turns out the PLASTIC gears had been stripped. There’s no way to fix it unless we can find that specific plastic gear. I thought that with the brand name like Cuisinart it would last me longer than 4 months worth of use. My no-name brand had lasted me 15 years! So disappointed.
