To be honest, I absolutely loved this sound machine when we first got it. The sound quality is amazing, the volume levels are great, and its overall compact/portable functionality was exactly what I was looking for, for my baby. Unfortunately, two weeks in, it just started turning off on its own (even when it was fully charged, or even when plugged in!). It would also turn off on its own whenever you'd increase the volume. My wife and I were so disappointed because we finally found a noise machine that our baby loved, and one that we did too! Such a shame. I'm hoping it's just a manufacturer's defect!
