Not really crazy about the magazine, though I do read it. Readership seems aimed at writers looking for agents and first publication. Lots of full colour ads for creative writing schools and university programs. Not as much about craft and the art of writing. Useful for readers looking for MFA programs and for a taste of the business end of publishing. For example, P&W's features on literary agents is valuable for beginning writers looking for how you get your manuscript onto an editor's desk. Great platform for lit agents, for sure. Some nice interviews with successful authors.
