Used this product about 3 times, very happy with it. But then it stopped working, tried to replace the batteries and I had to drop the end piece because it was so hot it would have burned me! I checked and the batteries were in correctly, everything was together correctly but there is something not right with this product. The metal wire was smoking and really would have left a burn if I didn't drop it as an automatic reaction. Super upset as it really did work well but I can't even fathom trying to use this now. Be careful:(
