I have been drinking a strong nettle tea for years to manage allergies. Earlier this year I switched to this brand and absolutely loved it. The flavor was so much better than other brands - kind of like mild hay. For once I didn't dread drinking it and was even able to make it strong enough to really tackle allergy symptoms. Unfortunately, the bag I purchased August of 2019 was messed up somehow. It was so foul I couldn't finish even a glass and my stomach was burning and a bit nauseated for a few hours after. The only way I can describe it is rotten pepper. It wasn't moldy - but something was definitely not right. I am sad to go back to the other brand but now I can't trust this one.
