We bought this to replace the same Panasonic oven from 7 years ago, the newer model, same model numbers is now very cheaply made. Very thin case that easily dents. Even the pan coming with the unit is made of far less superior metal. I can see Panasonic wants to keep the price the same so instead they've had this Chinese made model use far lower quality parts.
