We wash the rugs once per week according to the directions. The rubber started to get crackly and fall off on the back after just a few months. We’ve had these for a year and this is how they look now. Just be warned. If you wash them routinely they will not hold up very well. I contacted them regarding their warranty which said they would replace the rugs. I was refunded my money. However, to go and re-purchase them now, the price went up by $18. So to replace both rugs I now have to pay an additional $36 to replace them. They said that customer satisfaction is priority but they didn’t uphold the warranty like they claim to.
